The Global NLP Summit team wanted to elevate their digital learning platform to improve user experience and increase program sales. Their existing website lacked clear navigation, cohesive messaging, and an intuitive way for users to explore events, recorded sessions, and learning pathways.

I was brought in to support UX improvements, reorganize content, and enhance communication across teams during the redesign process.

My Approach

I began by reviewing the existing site structure, audience behavior, and the team’s goals for program promotion. Working collaboratively with the design and development teams, I:
