Palm Bliss was a new luxury homestay brand with no existing digital presence or marketing foundation. I joined from the beginning to support the creation of its online identity, assist with content development, and help organize and execute marketing activities across channels. The goal was to create a clear, cohesive brand experience that resonated with travelers and drove qualified inquiries.
My Approach
Working closely with the founders, I supported multiple aspects of the brand’s digital setup and marketing execution:
- Assisted in structuring website content and coordinating updates with developers
- Developed messaging and content for social media, website sections, and digital assets
- Helped plan and coordinate photoshoots to align visuals with the brand’s identity
- Organized and refined Instagram ad campaigns, including basic testing and audience adjustments
- Coordinated influencer collaborations and organic marketing activities
- Ensured smooth communication and workflow across all marketing components
